A Katie Melua concert in Los Angeles was halted on Monday night when two elderly women began to fight in the audience.
The singer was launching her new album, 'Pictures', at the the Montage Hotel when the two grannies started going at each other in order to get the best view.
At the time of the show Melua's manager, Mike Batt, tweeted: “Two white-haired old ladies had a fight. No shit. One got ‘glassed’ by the other.”
After the concert a shocked Melua said: "I can imagine that sort of thing happening at the back of a rock concert, but who would have thought it from two old ladies at one of my gigs?"
