Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello has revealed details of his side-project’s debut album.
Street Sweeper Social Club, who are currently on tour with Nine Inch Nails, will release their self-titled debut on June 16.
The 11-track release of “revolutionary party jams” features a collaboration with rapper Boots Riley.
Morello said: “It’s got huge steamroller riffs combined with depth, charge, funk, while Boots unloads clip after clip of incendiary rhymes rich with satire and venom.”
First single ‘100 Little Curses’ can currently be heard on the band’s MySpace page.
