Snow Patrol and N-Dubz are the first acts confirmed for this year's Radio 1 Big Weekend.
The event will take place over the weekend of May 9th and 10th in Swindon's Lydiard Park.
Big Weekend, which is the UK's biggest free ticketed music festival, will host music over four stages and be broadcast live on the BBC.
Speaking on his Radio 1 Breakfast show, DJ Chris Moyles said: "We always try to bring it to places that don't normally get big events like this.
"The people of Swindon are going to love it."
The majority of tickets for the event will be given away to local residents.
Last year's Radio 1 Big Weekend, which took place in Kent, was headlined by Madonna.
