16. Jim James: Unfortunately the My Morning Jacket singer shaved off this voluminous beard late last year with the release of the band's new album 'Evil Urges' in favour of just a moustache. Speaking to Rolling Stone about the decision, James said the moustache gave him an edge of 'pride' and 'sophistication'. We reckon he should bring back this beard.
