Swedish pop group ABBA are the group music fans most want to see reunite in 2009, a new survey has found.

The Smiths, who last December ruled out reforming, came second in the viagogo poll, while a reunited Robbie Williams and Take That were third.

The Stones Roses and Guns N' Roses with former guitarist Slash came fourth and fifth respectively.

The survey, conducted by secondary ticket market company viagogo, asked music fans who they'd most like to see make a comeback in 2009.

Although speculation around an ABBA reunion has been constant since they split in 1982, the huge success of the recent movie Mamma Mia has brought the former Eurovision winners to a new audience.

Of the five acts who made the top-five, only Take That and Robbie Williams have expressed an interest in working together again.
