U2 have warned fans not to buy tickets for a series of summer dates which have been advertised online.
“No tickets are available and no shows have been announced,” a band statement said.
The group added that they didn't want fans to get “stung” for buying tickets to shows that weren't taking place.
U2 were forced to issue a similar warning last August over fake tour dates.
The statement said U2 will announce their tour schedule “as soon as details are confirmed”.
As previously reported on Gigwise, U2 are due to release their new album, 'No Line On The Horizen', on March 2nd.
