On October 30th, Jackson's brother, Jermaine, said they would tour again together. On October 31st, Jackson said he wouldn’t be touring with his sibilings. A month later, Jackson was forced to settle out of court to counter allegations that he breached a recording contract with an Arab Sheikh. If that wasn’t enough, Jackson was also forced to give up Neverland, his home since 1987, in November.
