In October, an Illinois Judge ordered a hip-hop fan who had violated noise levels to endure 20-hours of compositions by Beethoven. Why you ask? Well the Judge wanted the punishment to show the defendant what it felt like to listen to music he didn't want to. It seems this kind of punishment was catching as well.
