Simple Minds Announce Huge Edinburgh Castle Gig

Simple minds will play a one off show at Edinburgh Castle in Scotland next summer, it's been announced.

The band, who are currently performing on a 30th anniversary UK tour, will play the venue on July 18th.

Frontman Jim Kerr said he expected the concert to be “among the highlights of 30th year anniversary”.

“I am sure that many of our legions of fans will be travelling from all over the world to be with us on this very proud occasion,” he added.

Tickets for the concert go on sale on December 12th at 9am and will be available through Gigwise here.
