Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has been released from prison in Suffolk.
Fielder-Civil was jailed in June after he pleaded guilty to assault and perverting the course of justice.
It's understood that Fielder-Civil, who was not greeted by his wife has he left prison, is to undergo a course of rehab.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Winehouse spent time in hospital last week in order to receive treatment for a chest infection.
Jail Term
Fielder-Civil was given a 27-month prison sentence for assaulting pub landlord James King outside the Macbeth in East London in 2006 and perverting the course of justice.
Three other men, including Fielder-Civil's friend, Michael Brown, who had admitted assault, were also jailed for perverting the course of justice.
