Lewis Hamilton's triumph in the Formula 1 World Championship yesterday (November 2nd) left his girlfriend, Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger, on the verge of collapse.
Hamilton came from behind to secure the title on the final bend of the Brazilian Grand Prix and become the youngest Forumla 1 champion of all time.
Speaking about her boyfriend's triumph, Scherzinger said: "Lewis is a fantastic driver. Where the winner mentality comes from, God only knows, because he gave him the gifts.
"I nearly collapsed with excitement when he came through on the last lap. I couldn't calm down, nor could (Hamilton's brother) Nicholas - we just both kept screaming at each other."
Hamilton's success in Sao Paulo came at the expense of home favourite, and race winner, Felipe Massa.
