16. Byron Lee & The Dragonaires: 'Kingston Calypso' (Dr. No, 1962) – Known as the 'The first man of James Bond music', East London born Monty Norman penned the legendary James Bond theme in 1962 together with the soundtrack to Dr No. It would be unfair to include that on the list as it was used in every subsequent movie, so we've opted for the lilting 'Kingston Calypso' penned by Norman and sung by Byron Lee & The Dragonaires.

- I concur - lame. I didn't even get a chance to vote. I wanted to vote for AVTAK by Duran.

- Oh - I take back the "lame" part - I thought the first one I saw was supposed to be the best. Yay - it's Duran Duran. As it should be. Even my mom loves this song!

- I was disappointed I didn't get to vote but I see it doesn't matter because my favorite won! Yay Duran Duran!!!

- A View to a Kill without question. Best theme song, best band. :D
