The Slits – With a band name like The Slits, you've got to expect a bit of nudity. On the cover to their debut 1979 album 'Cut', the band appeared topless- albeit smeared in mud after a wrestle. Importantly, although the sleeve was gimmicky, the punk music the album contains was defining and brilliant.
