Amy Winehouse's gaunt looking appearance sparked renewed fears about the singer's health as she played a surprise concert in London last night.
Winehouse and a stripped down backing band performed for guests at The End of Summer Charity Ball in Berkeley Square.
The singer was joined at the event by her god daughter, Dionne, and a host of celebrities, including Russell Brand and Heidi Range from the Sugababes.
But it was Winehouse's pale and tired completion which concerned guests. The singer was later followed by paparazzi back to her home in Camden.
Winehouse's performance comes just weeks after her father, Mitch, was quoted as saying that she wouldn't be making any more public performances this year.
He said Winehouse wanted to be allowed time to record her as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2006's 'Back To Black', as well as tackle her drug problems.
