Singer Ryan Adams have compared the new Oasis Album 'Dig Out Your Soul' to 'Kid A' by Radiohead.
Adams told the Quietus that Oasis' record, which is released at the beginning of next month, had affected him in a similar way to Radiohead's 2000 album.
"The first time I heard Kid A I went ‘Ok, I have no ****ing idea what kind of music this is but it's moving me. It sounds like a revelation',” he said.
“That's what the new Oasis stuff sounds like it sounds like they have entered into some strange uncanny spiritual crazy door and have just lost themselves completely to it and it is marvellous."
The singer, a well publicised fan of both bands, also praised Oasis' frontman Liam Gallagher, saying he “can't believe how far he's come”.
Oasis are due to play a one off show at the Eden Project in Cornwall this weekend in support of their new record.
