50 Cent appeared to reignite his epic rivalry with fellow hip-hop star Kanye West on stage in New York last weekend.
The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, told fans at the Times Union Centre that he planned to preview a song from his forthcoming album 'Before I Self Destruct'.
But instead of playing one of his own songs, Jackson launched into West's new track 'Love Lockdown', mimicking his rap rival's singing.
The two rappers became engulfed in a high profile publicity battle last year when they released their new albums on the same day in the Untied States.
West's 'Graduation' evntually outsold 'Curtis' by 50 Cent, topping the charts in both the US and UK.
But both hip-hop stars now look set to do battle again this winter, with Jackson's new LP due on December 9th and West's '808's and Heartbreak' expected the following week.
As previously reported on Gigwise, West has re-recorded 'Love Lockdown' at the request of his fans. He is expected to preview the new version on his blog shortly.
