Babyshambles have been banned from headlining a music festival in Wiltshire after police said they could incite violence.
Authorities used YouTube footage of a stage invasion which took place during a solo show by the band's frontman Pete Doherty to argue their case at North Wiltshire magistrates court.
Babyshambles were booked to play at Moonfest, which takes place later this month, earlier this year.
The band's manager, Andy Boyd, said he was “livid” at the “outrageous” ban and said that the list of bands playing at the festival was handed over to police months ago.
"We might even do it at Pete's house in a big barn. We're definitely going to honour those tickets somehow, but as far as the festival goes our hands are tied,” he told the BBC.
