Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, according to new reports.
Fielder-Civil, who was sentenced earlier this month to 27 months behind bars, is said to have started Samaritan counselling to help him through his depression.
“Blake is on the verge of a nervous breakdown,” a prison source told the Sun newspaper.
“He has stopped his mopping job, which may sound funny, but it gave him something to do. Instead he mopes around his cell."
Fielder-Civil was jailed for admitting to assaulting a man and perverting the course of justice. He has already been on remand for the last nine months.
Various reports have suggested that he may be freed before the end of the year.
