Guns N Roses will release their first new song in over a decade as part of the second instalment of the video game Rock Band, it's been confirmed.
'Shackler's Revenge', from the bands long-awaited album 'Chinese Democracy', leads a playlist that spans music releases from the 1960s to today.
Other songs included in the 75 song list include 'Tangled Up In Blue' by Bob Dylan and AC/DC's 'Let There Be Rock'.
Confirmation of Guns N Roses involvement in the game increases speculation that 'Chinese Democracy' will be released before the end of 2008.
The album has been in production for fourteen years and is reported to have cost frontman Axl Rose $2million.
Rock Band 2 will debut exclusively on the Xbox 360 in October before it's released on the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii in time for Christmas.
The announcement led the way at the opening day of the E3 video game convention in Los Angeles yesterday (July 14th).
