The Mighty Boosh want to write an “acid rock gothic musical” with Alice Cooper, it's been revealed.
Noel Fielding, one of the stars of the hit TV comedy TV, said he was a big fan of the veteran rocker.
"I absolutely love Alice Cooper," Fielding told Uncut. "I wonder is he has ever considered writing an acid rock gothic musical. If we did one, would he co-star?"
Responding to Fielding's words, Cooper said he was keen to work with Fielding and his co-star Julian Barratt.
"I love those guys!" Cooper said. "I'm in England a lot, so I'm very aware of The Mighty Boosh. I'd love to work with them."
As previously reported on Gigwise, The Mighty Boosh headlined their own festival in Kent last weekend.
