Ol’ Dirty Bastard: Russell Tyrell Jones – The late Wu Tang Clan rapper took his stage name from a 1980 cult kung fu movie called 'Ol' Dirty & The Bastard.' Method Man from the band claims that 'bastard' is particularly apt because his unique rapping style had 'no father' – i.e. it was influenced by no-one.
