Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty has apparently shocked organisers of a children's art exhibition by submitting one of his blood paintings.
It's understood that Doherty was asked by the We Love Marlborough arts and culture group to submit some of his artwork.
But the organisation weren't expecting to receive a submission that was painted in his own blood.
“We can’t think we will get many postcards painted in blood, not unless one of the children had a nosebleed while doing theirs,” an unnamed source told the Sun newspaper.
Doherty's blood art has risen in notoriety over recent months following exhibitions in London and Paris.
