Jeff was away on paternal leave and the fans were aware of this before hand! The band were allocated a 75 minute time slot which they filled to perfection and left 10,000 or so fans with stupid grins on their faces! I was there and their performance was nothing short of exceptional! The fill-in guitarist did a great job!
first off all the song is called when I’m gone not you’’re gone.
Second The fans knew Jeff was’’nt gonna be there cause he was gonna become a dad for the second time in hes life. He had a good reason not to be there.
