The Coachella pig which floated over the heads of music fans at last weekend’s Los Angeles Festival has gone missing.
The pig, which is the width of two double-decker buses, was inscribed with a pro-Barack Obama message.
Organisers of the Coachella Festival have put up a $10,000 reward for the inflatable, which was last seen floating into the Californian desert.
The person who negotiates the pig’s safe return will also receive tickets to the festival every year for the rest of their life.
The pig floated away during Roger Waters rendition of Pink Floyd’s ‘Pigs’.
Also inscribed on the pig was the message "don't be led to the slaughter", which was accompanied by a cartoon of Uncle Sam holding two meat cleavers.
The festival have asked that anyone who knows about the pigs whereabouts should contact organisers.
