Most blokes have probably spent a bit of time fantasising about having their own pair to fondle at some point… an idea Richard D. James took one step further with the cover of his 1999 EP, ‘Windowlicker.’ He looks pretty pleased with himself, anyway!
The figure in the Ministry cover is clearly wearing a ”Dunce” hat - which fits in with the school room theme!! Why would americans jump to the conclusion that it’s a KKK hat? is it because they realise that the KKK are their dirty little secret they still haven’t been able to do anything about!!!
