It was may 2nd 1958 when we set sail on the Empress of Britain. the largestfamily to emigrate to canada.i was one of nine kids and my mother was 6 months pregnant. we have never forgotten our roots and the courage of our parents to make this journey.its now 50 years later and i can remember it like yesterday. hopefully someday we can all go back for a visit to this great country and city.
