Following on from The Spinto Band roadie competition, Gigwise upped the ante once again and gave one lucky fan the chance for a session of acupuncture with The Needles. Here captured in all its glory in our lucky winner Becky de Cataret going under the, er, needle, with the band courtesy of 5 Element Acupuncture - plus their rip-roaring gig that evening where Becky was given a £50 bar tab.
