The Rolling Stones are the latest act set to release an album through the coffee giant Starbucks.
The album titled ‘Rarities 1971-2003’ will be released through Starbucks outlets and general stores Stateside and in Canada from November 22.
However, marking a departure from other Starbucks albums, The Rolling Stones’ work will not be exclusive to the coffee house.
As reported previously on Gigwise, Alanis Morissette released her latest album through Starbucks six weeks before it hit the shelves, which resulted in HMV Canada pulling all her works from the shelves in protest.
The sixteen track Stones’ album features live concert tracks, b-sides and cover versions.
As billboard reports, Mick Jagger said: "With every studio session, there are always songs that never appear on the final album and at the time you think, what a shame that song did not make it."
