Babyshambles have been axed from the line-up for this year’s Airwaves Festival in Iceland.
The band were due to perform at the musical extravaganza which kicks off on October 12, but organisers have dropped them from the bill.
A statement on the festival’s official website said: “Due to the current situation the Iceland Airwaves festival management has decided to cancel Babyshambles scheduled performance on the festival.”
Appearing at the festival are The Zutons, The Fiery Furnaces, Juliette and The Licks, The Mitchell Brothers and Zoot Woman.
