Fugees frontman Wyclef Jean is set to produce and star in a comedy series inspired by his life.
Wyclef is also due to write and perform all the music to accompany the shows.
As Yah0o reports, Wyclef is set to write the script for the comedy with writers Seth Rosenfeld and Danny Hoch. Television company HBO will be airing the series.
Meanwhile The Fugees are busy in the studio working on a new album, expected in 2006. The album will be their first since the multi-million selling 1996 album ‘The Score.’
