Noel Gallagher has admitted that he hopes to work with Kasabian on their second album.
While playing at the KROQ-FM’s Island Invasion in California last week, Kasabian revealed that they had spoken to Noel about him producing their second long-player.
Noel said to mtv: “We're talking about doing some stuff with them (Kasabian), but I don't know that anything will come of that.
“They are more than welcome in my studio, and there's a chance I might be doing some songs. I hope it does [happen] — it will be great.”
However, Noel did admit they were all pretty inebriated when he spoke to the Leicester lads. He added: “A lot of things are said in dressing rooms at 4 o'clock in the morning when you're drunk."
Fingers crossed the new Kasabian record sounds nothing like what the Gallaghers have produced over the past eight years.
