After putting The Bravery’s Sam Endicott in his place, The Killers have got a new beef, this time with punk rockers Fall Out Boy.
Last week Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz made a passing remark about the make up clad band on his bands official website, he said: "It's funny the way you talk about sharing an A&R guy like it matters."
Wentz was apparently referring to a comment he had heard about Rob Stevenson, the Island Records Artist and Repertoire executive the two bands do in fact share, according to MTV.
Wentz continued: "It's too bad you wrote a couple of good songs, otherwise it'd be that much easier to write you off." Wentz then signed the post as "Mr. Brightsides."
Rumour has it that The Killers were slagging Fall Out Boy as they felt that ever since things had taken off for Fall Out Boy Island Records had totally forgotten the poor rich Killers, boo hoo.
Wentz didn’t stop there; he later singled out The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers. In a post on FueledByRamen.com he spoke about the newly signed Las Vegas outfit, Panic! At the Disco, who he had signed to his Decaydance Records.
He said: "I hope none of THE OTHER Las Vegas BANDs get jealous that there is another gem out in the middle of the desert,"
"****ing wasting my time on FLOWERS."
A spokesperson for The Killers has admitted that they were totally unaware of any sort of animosity between them and Fall Out Boy…stay tuned for more bitch fights, coming soon.

- I like both bands to be fair, but I think that the Killers have much more talent and Pete has no reason to start dropping comments like that and Brandon has the rights to say his opinion and argue back. The Killers are always going to be on top and more popular than FOB as they have more talent. Maybe if FOB had more talent and were higher in the charts than the killers then they would have the authority to say things like that.
Pete also says ”It’s too bad you wrote a couple of

- It’s probably just me, but I’ve never really heard of the killers before

- the killers are the best ****ing band in the world, love them, i hate fricken emo bands like fall out boy, go brandon, the killers are soo much better, fob can shove it up their emo asses, go the killer beat those emo bands to death, they should already be deadn ****ing hate them!!

- I love both of ’em, FOB especially. But, when FOB performed ’Mr. Brightside’ at the concert I went to Nov.11, it was ****ing brillant. Patrick Stump sounded as good, if not better, than Brandon Flowers
