The 17 year old brother of a murder victim has denied that his is trying to frame So Solid Crew rapper Megaman.
Kyle Scalett told the court yesterday that he was not trying to “do Megaman down” and he believed the hip hop star was the instigator of the shooting.
Megaman, real name Dwayne Vincent, denies any involved in the death of Colin Scarlett in 2004.
The prosecution alleges that Vincent and his friend Carl Morgan killed Scarlett after he had beaten up Morgan.
