Two men have been indicted on federal charges of secretly recording Michael Jackson two years ago as he flew to Santa Barbara to surrender in a child molestation investigation.
Arvel Jett Reeves and Jeffrey Borer used camcorders and microphones to record Jackson as he travelled on a private jet from Las Vegas.
Yesterday they were charged on a three count indictment, with conspiracy, endeavouring to intercept oral communication and witness tampering in an alleged scheme between November 19, 2003 and November 21, 2003, reports BreakingNews.
Jackson was not cited by name in the indictment, he was instead described as “a professional entertainer”…which makes him sounds like a proper pro.
Jackson was acquitted of 10 counts of child molestation earlier this year; he is currently recording a tribute song for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
