US star Blake Shelton has hit out at Westboro Baptist Church after becoming the latest target for the controversial religious group.
The church, famous for picketing stars who support gay rights have bizarrely turned on Shelton, a well known Christian, accusing him and wife Miranda Lambert as being 'fake christians'. They have also accused Shelton of being a 'vile adulterer', as Lambert is his second wife and threatened to picket his upcoming gig in Kansas. Shelton however, isn't exactly worried about the threats...
"Hey Wbc... I've got one more sin for ya... Blow me," the country star and Voice USA judge tweeted, "Oh no! Not a picket! What will I ever do?!! The dreaded wrath of the picket!!"

"You know what else God hates? Inbreeding..." he added, posting a photo of a female member of the church. "This isn't about God. It's about me using this opportunity to make y'all look like the absolute complete dips**ts you are."
Previous targets for Westboro Baptist Church include Foo Fighters and Radiohead. In 2009, the then-Home Secretary Jacqui Smith banned church leaders Fred Phelps and Shirley Phelps-Roper from entering the UK for having "engaged in unacceptable behaviour by inciting hatred against a number of communities."
