Coldplay Gutted Over Bad Reviews

Coldplay’s Chris Martin has revealed that the band are deeply troubled by negative reviews they have received for their new album ‘X & Y’.

After months of hard work Coldplay thought they were onto a winner…and to a certain extent they are, however you can’t please everyone…

Speaking to the New York Post Martin said: “The truth is it really does affect us."

The bad reviews ’X&Y’ received from Rolling Stone and the New York Times "knocked us sideways."

He added: "And this is the first time that we've responded to it. That's why we're having trouble knowing how to answer.

"There's no harm admitting that you're human and these things bring you down. That New York Times thing, yeah, it was ****ing devastating for us.'"

I’m sure the millions of pounds in record sales will cheer you up a bit love….
