Pete Doherty has made a new addition to the line-up of Babyshambles, his former cell mate from Pentonville prison.
Doherty has recruited Rastafarian rapper General Santana, the pair appeared together at the Carling Festival over the weekend, and has even written a new song with him called ‘Pentonville Rough’ which was previewed on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show last night.
The lyrics aren’t exactly life changing stuff though opening with the lines: “We’re rough, we’re wicked and rough, it’s tough, Pentonville Rough...” Shit hot that Pete!
