Seems that the miserable weather isn’t stopping the fun and frolics at this years Carling festivals, and Gigwise are first on the scene as always, with all the latest news and scandal from both sites.
First up, poor old Charlie Fightstar has came in for a battering from the Carling bruisers, who pelted the band with bottles and screamed abuse about Simpson’s former band – Busted. However, the large-eyebrowed lad bravely battled on and soon had the notoriously bitchy crowd lapping up his new sound, like baby goats at feeding time…Good on you Chazzer.
Elsewhere, Queens Of The Stone Age’s, Josh Home has appeared on stage with Death From Above.
And there has been backstage shenanigans with Marylin Manson mysteriously demanding, not one, not two - but THREE changing rooms.
Oh the festival intrigue.
Stay tuned for more goss as and when it comes in…
