Noel Gallagher has announced that Oasis have a B-sides album in the pipeline for next year. The album will collect together all the flip-sides from ‘Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants’, ‘Heathen Chemistry’ and ‘Don’t Believe The Truth’.
The rowdy Mancs released the B-sides from their first three albums on 1998’s ‘The Masterplan’. Meanwhile Noel has also denied rumours that the band are planning on releasing a 'Best of...', saying: “This is from the horse’s mouth. We will only do a ‘Best Of’ when we split up.”
He also told the NME that there won’t be any new Oasis material until at least 2007, but don’t hold your breath.
Noel continuyed: “We don’t like to rush things. ‘Be Here Now’ was rushed, ‘Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants’ was rushed and it’s kind of like, ‘If it takes five years for the album to come out, I’m not arsed.’”
