A poem penned by the late great Jim Morrison that he wrote for air hostess is expected to be sold for upwards of $20,000.
Morrison wrote the poem on a napkin at the Casa Escobar restaurant in California in 1968 while attempting to seduce a young woman eating there.
According to the lucky lady, named Carol, Morrison invited her and friend over to his table where they chatted.
He then wrote the poem based on their conversation of airplanes…rock and roll.
ContactMusic has stated that the poem is being sold through the internet fanzine Doors Collectors Magazine.
