Scissor Sisters are to perform a one-off charity gig at London’s Kentish Town Forum next week.All proceeds from the event, held on Thursday August 18, will be split between The Elton John Aids Foundation and The Joe Strummer Foundation For New Music.
As xfm reports, the flamboyant band have also designed charity wristbands which fans can buy at the gig. The wristband comes inscribed with a message and symbol of hop for the future.
The band are expected to preview some material from their forthcoming second album at the gig.
Tickets for the event go on sale from tomorrow (Thursday August 11) morning at 9am. They cost £25 each and are limited to two pre person.
