Foxy Brown rejected a second plea deal yesterday that would have stopped her going to prison on assault charges.
The deal would have required that Foxy serve 10 days of community service for her charges of attempted assault against two nail salon employees last summer.
The feisty rapper is accused of kicking and punching the two nail technicians, over an argument about a manicure.
Foxy turned down a similar plea bargain in May, protesting that she didn’t commit any misdemeanour.
Brown is due to return to court on September 22, AllHipHop report.
