Christina Aguilera has revealed she has no time for tabloid gossip, hitting out at publications writing 'static noise' about the star.
The singer was discussing her new album Lotus at a Q&A session in the US, and hit back at tabloid gossip, saying her focus was on her work - not what was written about her in the press.
The singer has come under fire previously for her diva behaviour - and also cruel comments about her weight.
"I'm a mother. I'm a businesswoman. I have a zillion and one things going on in my head, on my plate, creatively," she told The Hollywod Reporter. "I put my son to bed then I go right into my backyard, which is my studio house. It's a lot. I really truly don't have time for the static noise. It's just not real. They're not real magazines. It's trash. It's rumours."
Christina Aguilera is not 'a d*ck' while judging The Voice USA
Aguilera is a judge and mentor on US talent show The Voice and also hit out at Simon Cowell, calling him 'a d*ck' for he way he speaks to aspiring singers.
"I saw the commercials early on of American Idol of Simon being a d*ck," she adds. "I was like, 'Man, that's not what it's about!' I didn't want to treat people like that. I wanted to do The Voice to show that we can be positive. We don't have to knock people down."
