Annie Lennox has got married for the third time, it has been confirmed.
Lennox is believed to have married Dr. Mitch Besser in London on Saturday, September 15th in a private ceremony on a River Thames boat ceremony attended by 150 people.
The singer's spokesperson confirmed to People magazine that Lennox had wed Besser, a trained gynecologist who founded a private organization dedicated to reducing mother-to-child HIV transmission in Africa.
It is believed that Lennox's two daughters, Lola and Tali, were bridesmaids at the wedding and that Hollywood actor Colin Firth was a guest. Lenox posted a picture of her wedding flowers on Facebook following the ceremony.
Lennox was previously married to Radha Raman, a German Hare Krishna devotee as well as Israeli film producer Uri Fruchtmann whom she divorced in 2000.
