Cheryl Cole was quick to congratulate Olympic diver Tom Daley after he picked up a Bronze medal last night (Aug 11).

Daley came third in the men's 10m platform, a huge achievement for the 18 year old who lost his Father just one year ago.

Cheryl was amongst the stars lining up to celebrate with Daley via Twitter. Recalling her previous offer to be his student for the day, Cheryl Tweeted: "Congratulations @TomDaley1994.. You did us all proud.. !! Now you should have some free time to teach me that dive !! :D."

To which Daley replied: "I will :D we need to get it organised I will DM you now :D"

Daley has emerged as one of the stars of the 2012 Olympics with David Beckham turning out to support him in the Olympic Aquatic Centre last night.

Other famous faces to congratulate Daley last night included Russell Brand, Ed Sheeran and Rosie Huntington-Whitely.
