Charlie Benante, drummer with metal rockers Anthrax has been arrested, along with wife Sandra, on domestic violence charges.
The pair were arrested after allegedly rowing in front of their young daughter Mia at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Elkhart, Indiana, reports local news. Benante and his wife spent Satruday (28 July, 2012) in jail and will appear in court on 3 August, 2012.
Benante has been forced to pull out of current Anthrax shows after injuring his hand. The legendairy rockers are currently on the road with Slipknot and Slayer on the Mayhem Festival tour.
