American Idol runner-up and current Queen frontman Adam Lambert is set to score his first ever UK Top Ten placing this week with his new album, 'Trespassing'.
The flamboyant rocker has already made history in the US with the album, becoming the first openly gay male singer to score an album chart topper on the American charts. 'Trespassing' is currently set to enter the album charts at No.7.
Lambert is set to be joined in the UK albums Top Ten by Frank Ocean, who recently revealed a love affair with a male friend, after an early release of his album, 'Channel Orange'. Newton Faulkner is set to score a No.1 while Lianne La Havas looks likely to enter at No.2.
On the singles chart, Florence + The Machine is set to score her first ever No.1 single, as lastest release, 'Spectrum (Say My Name)' is currently leading sales figures. Nicki Minaj is due to score another single hit with her 'Pound The Alarm' single and Lambert will add to his successful week with a singles hit at No.13 with 'Never Close Our Eyes'.
