Oasis mastermind and High Flying Birds solo star Noel Gallagher fully approves of Liam Galgher performing Oasis hits with his current band Beady Eye - because he gets cahs every time the tracks are performed.
Noel, who penned the classic Oasis tracks Beady Eye recently began including in their shows, receieves payment from Liam's performances of his tunes, and he's not complaining.
"Beady Eye have my permission to play my songs and they should do whatever they like," says Noel Gallagher to The Sun newspaper. "I say he should go around the world, do those songs and fill out the PRS (performing rights) forms."
Liam recently began performing Oasis songs at his Beady Eye shows, claiming as much right to the tracks as Noel.
"It's time to drop them in now," said Liam to Capital FM. "I feel they're just as much my songs as they are Noel's. And if people don't like it, go to the bar or fuck off. If they do like it, jump up and down, let's have a good time."
