Spice Girls sell their old dresses for childrens' charities

The Spice Girls are to auction iconic outfits from their chart topping peak in a charity sale to coincide with the launch of their West End musical, Viva Forever.

The five-piece, were famous for Union Jack dresses, Adidas track-suits, little black dresses and huge quantities of leopard print. They will sell the items to raise money for Save The Children and Children In Need.

"I've got all my costumes still," says Victoria Beckham to The Mirror newspaper. "I can't wait for Harper to grow a little so she can have some. But the rest I'd like to put up for charity. I think that would be a fantastic thing to do."

Victoria's PVC dresses, Mel B's cat-suits, Mel C's tracksuits and trains, Emma's babydoll dresses and Geri's mini-dresses will go on sale.

The sale will coincide with the launch of the Spice Girls West End muisical, Viva Forever, which is written by British comedy legend, Jennifer Saunders.
