Following the release of their (spectacular) new album 'In Our Heads', Hot Chip have announced an eight-date headline tour taking place in October 2012. Tickets are on sale now.

The band's new album was released to rave reviews and their performance at Friday's Lovebox was said to be one of the highlights of the weekend. The band returned to the studio to record the new album after a hiatus saw band member Joe Goddard score success with his 2 Bears project, while frontman Alexis Taylor stunned us earlier in 2012 with his New Build project.

The band's October tour kicks off on Monday, 8 October at Norwich's UEA and finishes on 19 October at London's Brixton Academy. Support on the tour comes from Disclosure and Django Django.
